Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing a team of sales professionals. If you have a passion for sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success, we want to hear from you!

Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate them
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to the sales team
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers
- Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports for management

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
